Perfect Gifts...

Sometimes it seems like God likes to throw us curve balls in our lives. I don't mean to sound like something bad has happened to me because it hasn't. In fact, there was something good that happened to me. There was a "test" that I was supposed to pass today and it turns out that I was given a break and that I was "promoted" within the ranks for a while. The Word of God tells us that "every good and perfect gift is from above". I claim that today and I praise Him for the things He has done in my life. His timing is perfect in every single way and I love Him for giving me what I've got.
I can be very ungrateful a lot of the time and forget that God is in control and forget that His timing and plans are perfect... more perfect that I can even wrap my mind around. He has more plans for me that I can even imagine and I just want to be able to be blessed by Him in every way.
Anyway, I just wanted to publicly praise God and to let you all know that if you don't know Him personally today... you truly are missing out on the greatest relationship you have ever experienced. OH, nothing anywhere ever promises us a perfect and easy life if we follow God and let him be Lord of our lives, but He does tell us that He will be with us throughout every aspect of our lives... whether it be hard times or easy times. He loves us and He knows exactly what we need when we need it... not a second sooner.
