Getting Old

My hair has been slowly thinning in the front of my head over the past few years. I had finally come to accept that. But now, this past week, I have plucked two white hairs in the same exact juxtaposing spots on either side of my head - ya know, where most men start to turn white. I have included here a scan of one of the white hairs for your viewing pleasure. This image also serves as my first ever published image on this blogspot - great image to start with, huh?!

By the way, I had to put the hair on a scrap piece of paper - black, in this case, so as to help its opposite color stand out - for the scanner to recognize something.
